So we had a bit of a scare with our granddaughter LiLi on the 13th. She was feverish, throwing up and looked like she would stop breathing at school. Sister got so scared, she almost called the paramedics. After a distressful call to Mom, Mom called us.

We took her to the doctor right away. And they made us take her to the hospital were she stayed overnight. She has a severe respiratory virus. And because she is a baby, she was not able to clear her throat like an adult can do. So there were periods of time that she could not breathe and would turn bright red before getting her breath again (thankfully not blue).

Now she is back home, resting and healing. She is still throwing up a bit, but she seems to be getting better. And no more bright red moments since the hospital. The doctors say with a little time, she'll be like new.

Since this virus mimics the common cold, the Sister warned all the parents to be watchful of their kids. They may not know it could be more serious than it appears.

So please pray for our little one to get better quicker :)
